## What we collect

The only data we collect is what you submit through the
(https://customhosted.com/contact): your name, email, company (optional), the workload you select, and whatever you write in the message field. There's no account signup or tracking behind that.

## How we use it

Solely to reply with a quote and follow up about it. If that turns into a customer relationship, the same information is used to set up and administer your account. It isn't used for anything else.

## Retention

We keep it as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, or for as long as a customer relationship is active. Once neither applies, it's removed on request.

## No selling

We never sell or rent your data to anyone. It isn't shared with third parties except where needed to provide the service itself — for example, the infrastructure your workload runs on.

## Cookies & analytics

This is a static site. It doesn't set advertising cookies, and nothing on it follows you across other sites. It does run Google Analytics, which sets a cookie in your browser and sends Google the pages you view here, so we can see which pages get read — we don't use it to build a profile of you or identify you by name. It's the only third-party tool this site loads: every build is checked against a named allowlist that fails if anything else third-party shows up, and [/performance](https://customhosted.com/performance) publishes that check's result. See [Analytics](https://customhosted.com/analytics) for the full platform-versus-tool split, including what a tag like this one costs a page and who is allowed to add one.

## Requesting deletion

To ask what we hold on you, or to have it removed, use the
(https://customhosted.com/contact). There's no separate privacy mailbox — that form is the only channel in.

## Your app's own data

This page covers only your enquiry to us. If your own app collects personal data from its users, see [Your data](https://customhosted.com/your-data) for where it sits, who can reach it, and what deleting it actually does.

Questions about this document? The
(https://customhosted.com/contact) is the only channel in — there's no legal mailbox to write to instead.
