Yes. Any managed database tier can sit beside a static or dedicated plan. Add its rate to the base plan and that is the total.
07What counts as fair-use transfer?
Each plan lists a transfer allowance sized well above normal traffic for that tier. If usage stays over it, we reach out before anything changes. See Billing for the numbers and the exact sequence.
